It connects orders, products and stock levels of the e-shop from the Upgates platform and the POHODA accounting system.

The bridge automates:

  • transfers products to or from POHODA accounting (sometimes you will need a separate Upgates Product Transfer flow),
  • transfers orders to POHODA including their changes,
  • reserves goods from received orders in POHODA,
  • transfers stock status from POHODA to the Upgates e-shop.

The bridge can also work with product variants and multiple warehouses.

The bridge can also be used when connecting several e-shops or their language versions to one company accounted for in POHODA.

Issued invoices. You can use the scenario of transferring issued invoices in Upgates to POHODA or use the scenario of automatic creation of invoices in POHODA based on received orders.

Here you will be provided with connection scenarios that will guide you through the steps. However, you need to understand the integrations and how to implement them.

Connection requirements: POHODA Accounting needs to be connected to the Dativery platform with the Dativery Agent application. The application uses the POHODA user license during the actual data operations (read, write) and releases it again after each operation is completed (if the free user license is not immediately available, the requested operation will not be successful).
