With the Boldem web app, you gain tools that enable you to create fully automated marketing campaigns. Without the need to pay for additional experts, you can easily reach customers, automatically find new customers, and convert them into paying clients.

Boldem offers a comprehensive CDP solution that allows you to automate communication and collect valuable data on your customers' behavior. All data are securely stored in one place within the Czech secure cloud, which is fully under our control, allowing you to target more accurately and create personalized campaigns for individuals and customer groups.

Creating an account on Boldem is free. By registering, you gain access to the free plan, which allows you to send up to 1,000 emails per month to 200 recipients.

Notice: To fully test all features, you need the Emailing plan. You can easily get it for 30 days completely free. Do not hesitate to contact our support via chat, email, or phone.

How do I activate and operate the add-on?

  1. Log in to your Upgates account and click Add-ons in the left menu. A list of add-ons will appear.
  2. Enter Boldem in the search field. The Boldem add-on will appear.
  3. Click Activate. A window requiring confirmation of data sharing consent will appear.
  4. Click Confirm.
  5. After successful activation, you will be redirected to your Boldem account.
  6. If you already have a Boldem account, log in to it, or create a new account.
  7. After logging into your Boldem account, a dialog will appear where you can select which mailing lists you want to use for synchronizing recipients from the different language versions in your Upgates account. For each language, you can select an existing mailing list or create a new one. Optionally, you can enable the Display as default toggle, which, when turned on, will display the integration in Website activity as the first item.
  8. Click Finish.

Within 15–30 minutes after setting up the integration, the system will synchronize contacts, products, and orders between your Upgates e-shop and the Boldem application.

Note: If your e-shop operates in multiple languages and you would like to connect different language versions to separate Boldem accounts, please contact customer support, and they will help you with the setup.
