How do I activate and operate the add-on?

1. Activate the add‑on in Upgates
   In the Upgates admin go to Add‑ons → Communication and activate Chaterimo.
2. Redirect to Chaterimo
   After activation you’ll be redirected to sign up/sign in to Chaterimo and link your e‑shop.
3. Create and deploy the widget
   Choose the chat’s look and behavior. You can deploy the widget automatically and (optionally) enable order‑status queries.
4. Fill the knowledge base
   Add sources (policies, FAQs, the product XML feed, and/or documents). The chat will rely on these verified facts.
5. Test & tune
   Test answers in Chaterimo, fine‑tune knowledge and visuals. Changes apply immediately (clear browser cache if needed).
6. Optional: order queries
   In higher plans enable order‑status checks via the Upgates API (the customer enters the order number, the chat returns the current status).
