• Group picking - Suitable for picking e.g. for own transport routes.
• Advanced groups and batches - We can detect identical orders very efficiently. For example, for subscriptions or various sales events, you can pack hundreds of orders in a few minutes.

Pre-Christmas order growth of hundreds of percent is every retailer's dream, but every warehouse worker's nightmare. With simple processes, you are able to train temporary staff to prepare orders via PDA in 15-30 minutes. Then they're on their own.

We will give your warehouse order

We will help you to implement a positioned warehouse with chaotic stacking (1 product on multiple positions as needed), including differentiation of picking and stocking positions

We have custom integration to the carriers API for printing parcel labels. So you don't need a 3rd party to generate labels
We track whether a package has been delivered or returned.

If the entire shipment is returned (undelivered), you can return the goods back to their original positions with one click.

In the case of returning an incomplete shipment (exchanges, claims, part order returns) you can return any pieces to different warehouses and different positions. I.e. for example unpacked goods to the original positions, complaints to the complaint warehouse.

How do I activate and operate the add-on?

Activating the add-on

You can activate the add-on in your e-shop. However, you need to fill in the activation form for proper functionality.

Based on it, we will go over with you the needs + options on how we can help you and improve the processes.

After ordering and signing the contract, we will send you the DEPOTO access credentials, which you will enter into the add-on through the e-shop. Then you just pair the shipping, payment and order statuses between the two systems and run a task to synchronize the products, or subsequently to download the orders if you want to backorder some older ones.

New products and orders will sync automatically in real time from the time of activation.

In case you change shipping or payment in the e-shop, you will always need to modify them in the add-on settings as well.
