How do I activate and operate the add-on?

If you don’t have a Mergado account yet:
1. Create an account in Mergado Editor
Mergado Marketplaces is an extension of Mergado Editor, so you first need to create an account here.

If you already have a Mergado account:
2. Simply enable the Mergado Marketplaces extension in the Mergado Store.

If you already have both Mergado and Mergado Marketplaces:
3. Activate the Mergado Marketplaces add-on in Upgates.

4. Create the Upgates connection in Mergado Marketplaces.
After activating the add-on, copy the API token from Upgates and paste it into the Mergado Marketplaces application in the Connections section on the Upgates detail.

5. Configure synchronization
In Mergado Marketplaces, set up:

• mapping of language versions and markets,
• mapping of order statuses,
• mapping of shipping and payment methods.

6. Activate orders
In the Orders > Activation section, enable order synchronization for Upgates. Synchronization works only if you have at least one marketplace active.
