  • Situation: You sell on Upgates and produce on printers in Printerhive — you do not want to retype orders manually.
  • What the add-on does: After activation in Upgates it registers webhooks for order create and update. When you open the add-on, you link the store to your Printerhive account (login inside the iframe).
  • Outcome: New and updated Upgates orders are fetched via the API, converted into line items with SKUs plus customer and shipping data, and saved in Printerhive as a standard order — next to your printers and queue alongside other channels; matching SKUs can be used for automatic print-queue placement where you enable it.
