What will the add-on bring you?
The add-on connects an Upgates online store with RAYNET CRM. Your sales team gets customers, orders and, depending on the plan, products from the store directly in Raynet—without manual retyping or another integration platform.
New changes are transferred automatically via webhooks. Matching rules help prevent duplicate records, while historical synchronization can add older customers and orders.
The add-on is developed and supported by Trexify. More information is available on the add-on website.
How do I activate and operate the add-on?
- Activate the add-on in the Upgates Marketplace, complete registration and confirm your email.
- Select a plan that matches the required synchronization scope.
- Create a Bearer token in Raynet under Settings → For developers → API keys and enter it in the add-on. The application verifies the connection.
- Configure customer, order and optional product transfer, matching rules and the default record owner.
- Enable synchronization. New changes are then transferred automatically; older customers and orders can be loaded through a separate historical synchronization.
