The add-on connects your e-shop on the Upgates platform with SmartEmailing and enables automatic transfer of important data:
- downloads products from the e-shop,
- downloads customers and their data,
- downloads orders,
- tracks customer activity on the e-shop – page visits, logins, and cart statuses.
Thanks to this, you have a complete overview of your customers and their behavior in SmartEmailing and can easily launch targeted email campaigns and automations.
The add-on allows you to upload orders, products, and customers directly into the SmartEmailing application. At the same time, it tracks customer activity on the e-shop – page visits and cart statuses. This makes it easy to set up automations that will increase your sales and keep customers engaged for longer. All data is available in the emailing tool, where you can target precisely and communicate effectively.
How do I activate and operate the add-on?
- Activate the add-on in the Upgates administration.
- After activation, you will be redirected to SmartEmailing.
- If you are not logged in, simply log in (new users must first register and go through onboarding).
- Enter the integration name (e.g., My Upgates Integration) and save it.
After initialization, all products, orders, and customers will be automatically synchronized. At the same time, the web tracking code will be inserted to monitor visits and carts. Data is further synchronized via webhooks and regularly updated. For activating the add-on, you can use the detailed help guide.
