What does the Verified Supplement look like?
Every customer can quickly recognize a verified add-on thanks to the "verified add-on" icon located in the upper right corner of the add-on, and also thanks to the fact that these add-ons are ranked ahead of other add-ons in the section. These accessories are thus on the front rungs, which the customer's eye can very quickly catch and identify.
After activation, a pop-up window will pop up informing the customer what data will be transferred after activating the add-on.
Once the customer confirms the transfer in this range it should then go to the Iframe window you have prepared.
Here it would be a good idea to welcome the customer in some way and guide them through the process of bringing them into your add-on.
The iframe should contain:
- Thank you for activating the add-on
- Main content based on the documentation of the add-on - BestPractices
- Contact information for your support
- If necessary, a step-by-step procedure if your company needs to sign a contract with the customer first.
