Workflow Assistant is an add-on for e-shops on the Upgates platform, which facilitates and streamlines work with orders, products or even payments using automation. It contains several modules and you can choose which one or which of them your e-shop needs. So it is not necessary to activate all of them. A big advantage of this add-on is the ability to develop new modules and tune them exactly for you.

How do I activate and operate the add-on?

Activating the add-on is easy and intuitive, it takes place directly in the Upgates administration. After activating the add-on, you will receive your login information in your email inbox and you can start enjoying the enhancements that the add-on brings.

The great advantage of the Workflow Assistant add-on is its simplicity - with just a few clicks you can get to the desired result. Its price is also very friendly (only 100 CZK per month of using one module) as well as the possibility to try it for 2 months for free.

Is this addon appropriate for you?

Workflow Assistant offers three modules. In what situations will they be useful to me?

1. Cancellation of duplicate orders: Has the customer created a duplicate order, e.g. due to a payment rejection at the payment gateway? There could be different reasons for creating the same order, but it blocks your inventory and brings other problems. This module automatically cancels orders that match paid orders created within one hour.
2. Sending an unpaid order notification e-mail: Has the customer not made a payment even after several days of creating the order? This module automatically sends a reminder for you, the content of which you pre-create yourself.
3. Automatic change of order status for cash on delivery: Are you confusing orders that have not been paid with those that are ordered on cash on delivery in the Upgates system? Thanks to this module, this will no longer happen, because the status of the order will automatically change for cash on delivery.
4. Your own scenario: Maybe other e-shop owners have requirements similar to yours. We are able to develop a solution in the form of a new module. Let us know and we'll do our best to help you cheaply and smartly.

Price

The price for the Workflow Assistant service is set at a monthly flat rate of CZK 100 excluding VAT for one module. This flat rate guarantees the running of the add-on on a stable server. There is no charge for connection and first integration.

Workflow Assistant offers an extraordinary offer for new users who decide to try the service. After registration, every user has the opportunity to use all the functions of the add-on for 2 months completely free of charge.
