About the service

In addition to delivery to address and Parcelshops, we offer consumers another alternative when picking up and sending parcels. People can use PPL Parcelbox not only to pick up parcels, but also to return goods to the sender or when sending a parcel to another individual with the Parcel for You service.

The Parcelboxes are being installed gradually in various locations across the Czech Republic, with the first phase being the largest number located mainly in densely populated locations, mainly near shopping centres, office buildings, housing estates or at busy public transport intersections.
