  • The Upgates add-on, once activated, creates a connection to DATIXO and starts transmitting order data from your e-shop.
  • Order details (items, prices, shipping, payment, discounts) are transferred to DATIXO along with the order status, allowing you to work only with actually completed orders.

What will the add-on bring you?

After activating the add‑on, you connect your Upgates e‑shop with DATIXO and the add‑on automatically starts sending order data to DATIXO (items, prices, shipping, payment, discounts, ...). Data is synchronized continuously based on the selected plan — even as often as every hour.

Within DATIXO, revenue is calculated from the orders (incl. VAT and excl. VAT) and the order status provided by Upgates is also used. This makes it possible to evaluate marketing performance only on “fulfilled” orders — i.e., orders that the customer has actually received and physically has in hand (not just created or paid). The add‑on also continuously checks order history so that later changes are reflected in reporting, typically returns and other adjustments that happen after delivery.

With a simple connection to ad accounts such as Meta, Google Ads, etc., DATIXO can also process data and metrics from advertising channels and use them in marketing performance evaluation. After the DATIXO tracking code is implemented, orders are matched with tracked events by order number and the source (last‑click) is assigned; once ad accounts are connected, DATIXO shows campaign performance based on truly fulfilled orders.
