What can you transfer on Upgates?

  • Products - variants, parameters, images, texts, prices, categorization, redirection from old URLs, etc. 
  • Categories - images, texts, redirects from old URLs, etc.

About the service

First, you need to create a test e-shop on Upgates. You can export data from Fastcentrik by following the simple instructions here. However, the downloaded data is structured differently and cannot be immediately imported into Upgates without related adjustments. The file structure needs to be modified according to the XML or CSV documentation.

Until you switch to a live domain, the e-shop will run on the test domain upgates.com. Changing the solution will not cause any downtime for the e-shop, and you will not lose customers or any orders.
