What will the add-on bring you?
The plugin transfers orders to the Brani Balič tool.
In the tool itself, you can set default filters (order status, shipping, etc.) to display orders and start packing them. It contains many advanced features that will take your order shipment process to the next level.
Balič works in three modes, and you can choose the one that suits you best:
- Packing one order after another without picking - suitable for small e-shops
- Combined picking and packing - one person picks the orders and then packs them, suitable for larger warehouses with a small number of workers
- Separate picking and packing - for large warehouses and a large number of workers
It's up to you how you use Balič.
How do I activate and operate the add-on?
After ordering the add-on, you will be granted access to the integration administration interface. You can access this interface from the add-on settings in Upgates. In the settings, you will also find a link to schedule a meeting with our technician, who will configure the integration with you and prepare it for launch within half an hour.
