About the service

Parcel is a simple and cost-effective service for sending goods within Slovakia, for which you will receive a proof of posting. The parcel will be delivered to the address or the recipient can pick it up at the post office or in a ParcelBOX. Information about the movement of the parcel can be obtained through Track & Trace.

Parcel to BalikoBOX: 
storage of the parcel at the post office's pick-up point (post office branch, ParcelBOX, PostPOINT, regional hub) – the condition for providing the Parcel to Post Office service is the provision of a mobile phone number or email address.
