How do I activate and operate the add-on?

After ordering the add-on, you will be granted access to the integration administration interface. You can access this interface from the add-on settings in Upgates. In the settings, you will also find a link to schedule a meeting with our technician, who will configure the integration with you and prepare it for launch within half an hour.

Why choose this particular add-on and what are its competitive advantages?

There is plenty that can go wrong during packing, and if you are not using any dispatch tool at all, chaos can set in very easily. With the Packer you will have a perfect overview of which orders need to be packed, and of who packed them and when.

Without a warehouse system, your stock levels will sooner or later drift away from reality, goods end up being hunted for all over the warehouse, and with batch-tracked products you risk expiry dates quietly running out on the shelves. Warehouse gives you a record of every stock movement – who stored or picked what, when and where – including the full history. Chaotic storage lets you keep a single product in several locations and make full use of every free metre of shelving, while the system guides the picker to the most suitable location on its own. Stock counts can be done gradually and in parts, without closing the warehouse for a whole day. And thanks to custom labels for both products and storage locations, you can train a new warehouse worker in an afternoon, because they navigate by scanner rather than from memory.
